So I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE cheesecake, but every recipe I've ever done or found has been super long or complicated. So, I found a recipe online, tweaked it a little and TA DA! :)
Whatcha Need:
1-9 in graham cracker or shortbread pie crust
*i use two because I like to have my crust higher on my cheesecake*
2- 8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
1 C white sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 C sour cream
Whatcha Do:
Preheat your oven to 325. Cream together the cream cheese and sugar. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well!! Add vanilla and the sour cream. Blend together, make sure there are no lumps. Pour into your crust(s). Bake about 50-60 mins. You wanna make sure that your cheesecake jiggles a little when done :) (i know, you're like "jiggle" is that a technical term?) Cool on the counter and then shove 'em in the fridge until they're super chilled :) You can top them, or eat 'em plain like me!
