2 lb. stew meat

10 oz. mushrooms, halved (or 1 can of 'shrooms)

1 tsp. salt

1 cup Sour Cream
2 TB. flour

1 TB Dijon Mustard (I LOVE Dijon Mustard)
1 pkg. (16 oz.) egg noodles, uncooked

Whatcha do:
BROWN meat and then place meat, mushrooms, onions and garlic in slow cooker. Add broth, paprika and salt. Cover with lid. Cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours (or on HIGH for 5 hours). Mix sour cream, flour and mustard. Add to meat mixture in slow cooker; stir until well blended. Cover and cook on LOW for 15 min. Meanwhile, cook noodles as directed on package. Drain noodles; place in serving bowl. Add meat mixture; mix lightly.

**Now if you're not feeling the pasta vibe, this is also SUPER tasty over rice :)**

Crock Pot Sweet & Sour Pork

Since it's starting to get warmer and no one really LIKES staying in a hot kitchen, I've decided to post some of my favorite crockpot recipes :) So here is a super easy NO FAIL one :)

Whatcha need:

1-1/2 lb. boneless pork loin, cut into 1-inch pieces

**you can used pork chops cut into pieces or a pork roast**
1 onion, chopped
3/4 cup Barbecue Sauce
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks in juice, drained
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked

Whatcha do:
Place meat in slow cooker; top with onions. Add barbecue sauce and broth; cover with lid. Cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours (or on HIGH 4 hours). Make sure you check it every hour or so. You wanna make sure everything is going along smoothly :) Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover your lovely pork and cook on LOW 30 min. or until rice is tender.

Now!! if you're not feeling the added taste the BBQ sauce adds, you can use 1 bottle (10 oz.) Sweet 'N Sour Sauce instead.
